Thomas Newcombe guilty of a burglary in the dwelling house of Samuel Griffith in the parish of St Alkmond, Shrewsbury on 20^th December 1763: stealing therefrom 3 silver watches (valued at £25), 2 silver coffee pots (valued at £9), 6 silver candlesticks (valued at £22), 2 pairs of silver salts (valued at £3), 2 silver salt shovels (valued at 2/-), 2 silver salvers (valued at 50/-), a metal dish cross (valued at 2/-), 2 silver tablespoons (valued at 15/-), a pair of steel snuffers with silver base (valued at 5/-), a calibash lined with silver (valued at 20/-), a pair of steel snuffers (valued at 6d) and a twig basket (valued at 6d). Russell Danilly guilty of counselling and inciting Newcombe to commit the burglary.
